Here is how we work...


1. Let's talk to determine and agree upon the scope of work.

2. We will issue a proposal and a deposit invoice to be signed and returned to KW Stafford along with the requested deposit amount.

3. When preliminary art is complete, it will be submitted to you for review.

4. We'll need you to provide all exterior color information including color samples, color key
documents and color plotting if necessary.

5. We are happy to do revisions of less than one hour free of charge (really!).

6. Art will be sent to you for final review and any additional revisions are then billed at our hourly rate.

7. Final art is sent to you with our thanks.

8. An invoice is issued and payable in 30 days.
